Payments may be made by cheque, EFTPOS or cash. Please make any cheques payable to ‘Aviso Integral Insurance Services’
Pay by phone with your credit card. Call 03 5244 1129 (Geelong) or 03 5231 3088 (Colac) to make a payment. We accept MasterCard & Visa. Calls are charged at the cost of a local call (mobiles extra). Credit card payments attract a surcharge.
BPAY: Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment directly from your cheque or savings account. You’ll need to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number as detailed on the front of your invoice.
EFT: We accept payments via electronic funds transfer to our bank account. Please refer to your invoice for payment details.
Aviso Integral can also accept payment in instalments through premium funding, please check your invoice or contact your Account Manager for further information.
For some refund payments, we may need to call you to confirm your bank account details.
We take dealing with our customers’ funds seriously and due to increasing instances of cyber- criminal activity and identify theft/fraud, we may need to confirm your bank account details before refund payments are made.
As part of the telephone call we will:
Identify ourselves by individual name and that we are calling from Aviso Integral Insurance Services
Request you confirm part of the bank account number that was provided as part of the refund request
Request that you provide your name for our records.
If you feel uncomfortable about providing this information to our caller, you can call us back on 03 5244 1129 (Geelong) or 03 5231 3088 (Colac) to confirm your details and we can then process the refund payment.
