No. Everything remains the same for you and your current insurances.
Your existing individual broker will remain the same as before, if there are any changes of appointed brokers in the future you will be notified. From the 26th of September 2022, they will be providing your services through a different financial services provider – O’Donohue Nominees Pty Ltd trading as Aviso Integral Insurance Services – under a different AFSL No 239911.
No. All existing policies arranged by Integral Insurance Services and using the old logo will still be valid and effective.
At this stage we will not be making any changes to our office location.
If you wish to make a complaint about any services provided to you by Integral Insurance Services prior to 26th September 2022, contact us at the details below. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within seven (7) days, please contact us in writing via email info@avisointegral.com.au or on 03 5244 1129.
Aviso Integral is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved by us to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to AFCA.
